Responsibility:

• Compile and prepare business related reports so as delivery accurate, high quality information for sales performance management
• Prepare & delivery adhoc reporting on daily production, progress, monthly target as well as management and group office reports
• Collaborate with internal users to design data reporting system for various business problems.
• Coordinate users' requirement of report generation requests
• Provide comments and recommendations throughout the report generation progress so as to improve operation efficiency
• Maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications
• Participate in business analysis related system enhancement/report automation projects

Requirement:

• University graduated in related discipline
  
• At least 3 years or above working experience, preferably in in Financial industry with at least 1 years relevant in business analytic/ data projects.
• Experience with BI tools eg. Oracle Data Ware house,QlikView
• Ability to understand business needs and translate to BI solution
  
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent oral and written in both English and Chinese
