Responsibilities:  

• Solid experience in handling full set of account is preferred
• Assist in annual audit, tax and other ad hoc projects as required
• Data input and Document filling
• Handle and arrange all incoming & outgoing calls / documents / letters / emails
• Prepare invoice and cheque payment
• Go to bank for cheque and cash deposit
• Liaise with auditors and bank reconciliation
• Ordinary administrative work, etc.

Requirements:  

• Diploma in Accounting
• Excellent skills in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Responsible, well organized, good communication
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Minimum 3 year working experience in accounting field
• Knowledge of TURBO system will be an advantage
• Job Location: Yaumatei
