Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routine maintenance, ad-hoc repairing, emergency repairing and managing the Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan for office equipment and Electrical & Mechanical System in the office
- Interface with all relevant parties including in-house technicians, external contractors, building management, internal departments to ensure works are executed in order and quality services to users are provided
- Detailed duties including responsible for tendering process, site progress monitoring, supervision of contractors, liaison with end-users, service agreement and certificate renewal, records updating, reports preparation, and payments certification, etc
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management / Property Management / Building Services or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering / Property Management
- Familiar with fitting-out and renovation works, real estate, facility management, and safety rules, etc
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, good problem solving and analytical skills, confident and customer-oriented
- Self-motivated, hardworking, innovative, mature, able to prioritize assignment, result-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure
- Well-experienced in using computer software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Access and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin
