Responsibilities

• Work as a team member with other corporate finance, accounting and legal professionals to provide high-quality execution of corporate finance projects, financial reporting and compliance tasks; 
• Manage projects and tasks in a professional manner and on a timely basis; 
• Participate in business development activities; 
• Collaborate with other service lines within the Group and other external professionals (if needed); 
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• University degree majoring in business administration, accounting, law or other related disciplines;
• Proactive, energetic and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment;
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); 
• High proficiency in Chinese word processing is required; 
• Immediately available is preferred
