This role is to assist in managing a portfolio of clients that require our services. You will be involved but not limited to: 

• Perform book-keeping and handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare financial and management reporting packages and schedules on monthly, quarterly or annually basis
• Operate treasury functions and responsible for accurate and on-time payment applications
• Prepare payroll and MPF administration in compliance with the relevant regulations
• Assist in liaising with auditors
• Prepare and file the Employer’s Returns, Individual Tax Returns and Profits Tax Returns including the tax computations as well
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/diploma holder in accountancy/business administration
• Student member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferable with Corporate Service Companies or CPA Firms
• Applicant with more experience or qualification will be considered as “Accountant”
• Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical, reporting writing and problem solving
• Good common in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is an advantage
