Responsibilities: 

• Report to the Managing Directors in the Group to achieve company financial objective(s)
• Handle food, beverage and non-food procurement requests by outlets
• Conduct cost comparison to ensure effective cost control
• Maintain and upkeep price database and record
• Accountable for the stock cover in the food items level
• Prepare Sales Reports working with restaurant managers to ensure sales are correctly recorded
• Perform regular audits on the Micros system of all our outlets
• Prepare reports for management's review
• Ad-hoc analysis on specific issues as briefed by senior management

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Experiences in the F & B industry but not necessary
• Responsible, independent, well organized, self-motivated and with good analytical skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Accounting Program
• Good command of English and Chinese
