Job Description
Job Responsibilities :

Data entry, voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable and cash/bank records updating and reconciliations;
-
Prepare weekly and monthly cash/bank positions;
-
Prepare weekly/monthly accounts receivable schedules/sales report;
-
Handle full set of accounts;
-
Handle daily accounting transactions and ad hoc assignments;

Assist in general admin duties
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years relevant experience preferred (Fresh Graduate is also welcome);
- Degree in accounting is preferred, or HKAAT, LCCI or HKICPA Higher;
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good computer knowledge, Excel Knowledge is Essential;
- Responsible, independent, work-driver;
- Immediate available is highly preferable
