Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager;
• Perform daily accounting functions and prepare full sets of books and records includes accounts receivable and payable, expense reimbursement, general ledger and filing;
• Manage and record office petty cash and cash advance
• Prepare monthly budget, financial statements and internal management account;
• Coordinate with movie production team and on-site accountant clerk on budget control, project supporting and project accounting record;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in accounting or equivalent;
• 3 years or above solid experience in accounting and heavy exposure to movie production related industry preferred;
• Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
• Strong communication skills, independent and a good team member;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Putonghua is preferred);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
