Responsibilities:

-Carry out AP payment creation tasks and AR collection tasks

-Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Management Account etc

-To assist in areas in relation to accounting and finance functions including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, staff costs, and financial reporting

-Oversee bookkeeping for inter-company transactions, financial closing and consolidation

-Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls and procedures

-Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control and corporate governance requirement

-Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

-Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline

-Professional qualification with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification preferred

-Strong analytical and coordination skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

-Proactive, organized, independent, able to meet required deadline and work under pressure

-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
