Overview 

 We are looking for someone who is passionate on accounting and working on global finance teams.

  Key Responsibilities -

• Handle full sets of accounts in NetSuite for the entire group of companies, ensure all accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
• Assist FC with the monthly financial closing, year end audit, and preparation of financial statements (internal and external) by gathering and analyzing information from NetSuite
• Coordinate with other departments and oversea business units on accounting matters
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

 Qualifications -

• University graduate in Accountancy major with IT minor or double degree
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite system preferable
• Use of Tableau reporting an asset
• Strong attention to detail, efficient, accurate and consistent
• Willing to learn, well -organized and able to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written English
• Immediately available is preferred
