Responsibilities:

• Input daily work of accounts receivables and accounts payables, handle general accounting functions including day to day operations 
• Bookkeeping and clerical work
• Check invoices, orders and delivery notes and identify discrepancies
• Clerical support such as data entry & filing
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
• Inventory check every month in China

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate or above
  At least 2 years solid working experience in Jewellery field is highly preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Office, hands on experience in Excel and of MYOB is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese 
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
