Job Duties:

• Report to the Directors primarily responsible for full set of accounts including consolidation, management reporting, preparing account analysis and accounts reconciliation, month-end closing
• Preparing consolidated financial statements, reports and analyses at listed company standard independently
• Liaise with the auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate with team members in managing the company’s day to day accounting, finance and treasury functions
• Implement and enforce internal control procedures, coordinate and work with operating team closely
• Review and monitor accounting and taxation related issues
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments
• Preparing company tax and financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years’ auditing experience and relevant experience in listed company is a plus
• Able to handle full set of account independently including prepare financial report
• Candidate with exposure with budgeting and management accounting, financing and tax planning or experience as financial controller in commercial sector would be added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, management, organizational and coordination skills
• A high degree of integrity, proactive, mature, flexible and able to work under pressure would be appreciated
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
