Job Responsibilities:- 

• Manage the overall accounting functions & operations, including financial control, budgetary, cash management, month-end and year-end closing process and management reports;
• Prepare month-end closing including ledger maintenance, bank loan summary and management accounts;
• Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements and annual statutory reports of HK & PRC companies, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and statutory requirements;
• Prepare cash flow forecase, financial projections and sensitivity analysis on product pricing & costing;
• Review all payments and vouchers for operations;
• Liaise with external parties and regulatory authorities;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required by Management.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or other related disciplines.  Member of recognized accounting bodies (HKICPA, CIA or ACCA) preferred;
• Min. 4 years relevant experiences gained in manufacturing & trading industry and audit firm would definitely be an advantage;
• Solid experience in handling full set of accounts, custom & taxation practices and consolidated financial statements in HK & China would definitely be an advantage;
• Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills;
• Strong problem solving and good in communication & presentation skills;
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing);
• Good command in written English & Chinese and spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua;
• Station in PRC (Jiangmen & Dongguan) is required.
