Duties:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR related functions including recruitment, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, expatriate management, staff relations, performance management, etc
• Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures
• Maintain and update HR system to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare monthly payroll, budget and HR reports
• Oversee office administration including procurement, repair and maintenance, leasing affairs and renovation etc.
• Perform ad hoc tasks whenever required projects and duties as assigned
• Monitor all spectrum administration support to office
• Other admin / HR duties & ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma of Business Management or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
• Minimum 5 years HR experiences in Food & Beverage (Restaurants) or Retail Chains Shtors
• Good multi-tasking skills, independent, well-organized and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, advanced use of Excel
• Fluent English & Mandarin (written and oral)
• Immediately Available is highly prefer
