Responsibilities:

• To assist in planning and conducting operational audits, including IT-related operations and value-for-money reviews
• To provide advice on application development and system implementation with an aim to maintain the highest security standard
• To perform risk analysis, evaluate IT controls and carry out impact analysis
• To identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements in terms of operational effectiveness, efficiency, economy and compliance
• To prepare professionally written audit or review reports
• To follow up on implementation of audit or review recommendations
• To support the Annual Review of Internal Control and Risk Management
• To provide administrative supports such as Audit Committee Meeting preparation
• To support ad hoc departmental activities

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines with recognised professional certifications
• Certified in any of the followings would be an advantage (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM)
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience
• Good business acumen and attentive to detail and accuracy
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of oral and written English
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Integrity, professionalism and innovation are the key required competences

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Officer, Internal Audit.)
