Requirements :

• Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in operating a Robot Sprayed Machine.
• The candidate should be holder of a certificate to operate the Normet 8100 spray Robot.
• The EFNARC certificate will be a plus even though not compulsory.
• English speaking is a must.
• Should have a minimum experience of 6 years in tunneling.

Job Description:

• Responsible for keeping the shotcrete machine in good condition at all times and report immediately to the Foreman / supervisor if found any damage / defect on the unit.
• Conduct pre use check of the machine.
• Ensure that the required thickness of shotcrete is achieved with minimal rebound and wastage.
• Cleaning of the shotcrete machine after each use and ensuring that there is no residual shotcrete in the machine.
• Help in the maintenance of the equipment when not in use.

工作範圍 :

• 保持噴射混凝土機正常運作及定期向主管/管工滙報有關損壞/損耗事宜
• 進行操作前測試
• 確保噴射混凝土達至必須的厚度及最小的回彈及損耗
• 負責每次使用後清潔噴射混凝土機及確保機件內沒有剩餘混凝土

• 協助噴射混凝土機之保養等一切工作
