Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set accounting (AR, AP & GL) and financial/management accounting duties.
• Prepare company monthly financial reports, together with an analysis as requested
• Prepare yearly P/L & B/S audit schedules.
• Review and analyse sales invoices with management.
• Other ad hoc multi tasks and back office administrative support duties as assigned
• Coordinating with relevant business partners in documentation.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accountancy
• 8 - 10 years solid accounting and administrative experiences, with PRC accounting in advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience in Licensing / Telecom industry is preferred
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• A responsible and positive work attitude with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Organized, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
