Main purpose of the role:

This is a 6 months contract role to mainly provide administrative / middle office support to the assigned desk. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative / middle office support to the assigned desk 
  • Trade / data entry
  • Mark down all pre-trade & post-trade numbers 
  • Ensure end-of-day figures are documented accurately 
  • Comply with company procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Immediately available is preferred 
  • Experience in middle office / settlements / admin / secretary is preferred 
  • Good communications in English & Cantonese 
  • Fast learner
  • Attentive to numbers 
  • Good team player
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
