Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Handle full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits operations including monthly payroll calculation, leave & attendance administration, MPF administration, taxation etc
• Handle recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews,verification of candidate's qualifications
• Provide administrative support to the department including document processing, data entry, filing, etc.
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Assist in developing and implement HR Information System (HRIS)
• Ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years work experience in HR field
• Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines with quality output and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
