Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional matter
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration such as general administration, facilities management, vendor management, purchase and procurement, courier services arrangement, ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle meeting room booking arrangement
  • Handle internal customer administrative services requests
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years administrative support experience
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill, presentable
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Well organized, motivated and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
