Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional matter
- Provide full spectrum of office administration such as general administration, facilities management, vendor management, purchase and procurement, courier services arrangement, ensure smooth office operations
- Handle meeting room booking arrangement
- Handle internal customer administrative services requests
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

Diploma or above with at least 3 years administrative support experience

Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill, presentable

Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Well organized, motivated and attentive to details

Proficient in MS Office

Immediate availability is highly preferred
