With the recent expansion of our business into Europe and South-East Asia, we are hiring a number of Associates on an internship/ work-experience basis to help our experienced consultants in the delivery of recruitment, training, and consulting services to our multinational client base.

 Working under the guidance of a senior partner, you will: 

• Identify perspective clients using both direct and on-line channels (B2B Marketing, Market Research & Sales)
• Source & screen candidates for specialist positions on key recruitment projects.
• Provide end to end recruitment and hiring process support to Senior Consultants.
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on project activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Support client on-boarding procedures.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed by the business. 

Once you complete your work experience/internship period, top performers may be offered a full time Consultant position within our firm, where you will start providing HR and talent acquisition services to multinational corporations in the region.
