Responsibilities: 

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors & group staff members
• Arrange appointments and meetings 
• Handle daily correspondence
• Update and maintain group / departmental records and filing
• Assist at reception desk when necessary

Requirements: 

• F.5 / HKDSE or above
• 1 year relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Pleasant, independent and well organized
• Recent graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available preferred
