Job Description
Responsibilities & Requirements: (Conveyancing Clerks)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience (less experience will also be considered)
- Provide clerical support to Conveyancing Executives during daily operations
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to attend clients independently
- Experience in project works
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Mature, self-motivated, organized, efficient and hardworking
- Willing to work overtime
Responsibilities & Requirements: (Filing Clerk)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, well versed knowledge in litigation procedures
- Responsible for court filing and serving court documents
- Preparing affirmation for services
- Conduct on-site photo shooting when required
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, willing to work overtime
