The Requirements are :-

• Report to the Regional Human Resources Manager and assist in carrying out all HR functions and policies for the Region
• Assist in handling recruitment, new hire orientation, compensation and benefits, training, performance appraisals, employee relations for the office in the region
• Ensure all HR records are kept updated
• Provide inputs in developing HR policies/procedures and strategies
• Undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of new policies
• Handle other ad-hoc task/projects as assigned
• Degree holder in human resources management or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in handling all-arounded HR functions
• With working experience in buying office is preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive and can-do attitude
• Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
• Familiar with using MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
