Duties: 

• Oversee and administer full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, training coordination, etc.
• Review and update human resources policies, procedures and regulatory system and monitor proper implementation
• Work closely with functional heads from all centres and WSE International’s recruitment team
• Lead and coach HR staff to uplift and maintain HR services delivery
• Plan and organize staff activities and company events

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Well-versed with HK employment ordinance and related laws
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
• Well organized and detail-minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
