Responsibilities

• 2 vacancies available with one PRC background (IANG highly preferred) and one HK
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior executives overseeing PRC/HK business, personal and social affairs
• Prepare correspondence professionally and diplomatically
• Manage/Coordinate boss’ hectic schedules, travel and accommodation logistics and personal matters
• Maintain effective working relationship with internal and external parties
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years secretarial experience in sizable/listed companies
• Able to manage bilingual correspondence in a professional manner (IANG candidates must be strong in preparing correspondence in Chinese)
• Trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, meticulous, well-organized with good interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Computer literacy in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Candidates without stable track record will not be considered
