Requirements
- Diploma graduate or above
- 2-3 years experience in merchandising or sales coordination
- Experience in trading or manufacturing company is required
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, energetic and good team player
- Good command of spoken English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order processing with customers and suppliers
- Responsible for the preparation of PO, invoice and quotation
- Provide support on delivery scheduling and updating stock record
