HYPEBEAST is looking for well-organized and enthusiastic individual who will act as behind the scenes collaborator and provide effective, timely and quality processing of Human Resource department duties. This position definitely offers a great upward mobility, with the benefit of managing communications among internal and external clients of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of human resources management with focus on delivering all rounded compensation and benefits functions
• Ensure completion of ad hoc government surveys and reports, respond on time to regular government surveys or requests
• Assist the Payroll Accountant with monthly and year end payroll and account reconciliations as necessary
• Independently process payroll, accurately and on time on a monthly or semi-monthly basis
• Maintaining the various HRIS systems through quality data entries
• Provide administrative support to policy drafting, training coordination and HR reporting
• Able to own and lead different ad-hoc HR projects whenever created

Qualifications

• Based and eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Minimum 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of current Hong Kong wage and labor related legislation, and taxation rules
• Knowledge of additional legislation and taxation rules of the following countries is an asset: United States, United Kingdom, China
• Expert verbal and written communication skills (in both Chinese and English)
• Excellent MS Office Skills and applications.
• Profound attention to detail, good time management skills and is able to multitask a number of projects at any given time. A quick learner and an efficient team player with strong service mind in a fast pace and dynamic HR environment.
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively
• Immediately available is preferred.
