Job Description
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of HR & Office administration, including but not limited to staffing, payroll, staff relations, HRIS & record management and general office administration.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 5 years solid HR cum office administrative experience in sizable companies (100+ staff)
- Must be a good team player, approachable, able to prioritize with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Well-versed in HR and Administration-related Ordinances
- Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is a must
- Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
- Candidates without proven experiences will NOT be considered
