Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all round HR functions include but not limited to recruitment of front line and office staff, on-boarding & orientation, payroll calculation, benefit administration, employee engagement programs etc.
- Work closely with operation in recruiting and retaining competent talent.
- Maintain and update HR system.
- Participate in formulating and implementing HR & admin policies and guidelines.
- Organize various events such as annual dinner, charity events.
- Ad hoc projects / assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience, exposure in beauty / retail industry is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented and numeric sensitive.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment.
- Independent and willing to spend additional effort to complete assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good English and Mandarin.
