Responsibilities: 

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, benefits review etc.
• Maintain the HRIS database and personnel records in a proper & systematic approach
• Ensure HR policies & procedures are properly executed & communicated to all levels of staff
• Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis and provide HR administrative support

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years all-round human resources experience gained from sizable companies, exposure in retail industry will be an advantage
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Detail minded, independent, strong numerical sense and analytical skill
• Good time management to perform multi-tasks and meet deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer - Human Resources
• Immediate available is highly preferred
