Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of human resources functions with main focus on recruitment 
• Conduct interview and selection process for staff recruitment at frontline & office levelincluding Management Trainee program
• Perform intensive search for various recruitment channels, organize and conduct recruitment talks and campus recruitments
• Participate in staff retention program and annual performance review exercise
• Compile recruitment-related reports in monthly basis, e.g. staff turnover & vacancy rate, exit interview etc.
• Handle ad-hoc human resources projects assigned by supervisor

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years or above solid experience in mass recruitment
• Experience in using HRIS especiallyWisetop is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Well-organized, self-motivated, independent with strong team spirit
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferable
