The Role:

• Close collaboration with Consultants, Clients and Candidates
• Intensive and Proactive calls with candidates, getting career update and providing career opportunities
• Appointment scheduling, database updating, enquiries handling, and support other administrative matters
• Participate in departmental activities and projects

Job Requirements:

• Full-time Bachelor Degree in any disciplines with 2-4 years of work experience in the commercial sector with proven ability to develop and cultivate new relationships
• Strong sense of responsibility and strive for excellence
• Proactive learning attitude with passion to working with people of diverse background
• Intrinsic interests in business and people
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent PC skills
• Those with less experience will be considered as Recruitment Coordinator
