Mission:

• Provide first class secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Marcom Department
• Responsible for calendar management, T&E and roadshow/events coordination that called for extensive liaison with global investors/senior management across the region/headquarters
• Prepare presentation desk and participate in fund raising & investors relationship related regional activities

Attributes/Requirements:

• Well qualified candidate with 5-8years+ experience supporting senior regional executives with int’l financial institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets
• Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l banking environment
• Efficient and multi-tasked trilingual EA with track record in providing team support
• Excellent time management and organizational skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficient in Excel/Powerpoint and Chinese Word
