Job Description
Our client is the most well-known global PE firm with an established presence across 30 offices around the world with total AUM of USD 200 billion+ to search for a trilingual EA to be part of the regional MarCom Department to cater for the expansion in Asia Pacific.

Mission:
- Provide first class secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Marcom Department
- Responsible for calendar management, T&E and roadshow/events coordination that called for extensive liaison with global investors/senior management across the region/headquarters
- Prepare presentation desk and participate in fund raising & investors relationship related regional activities
Attributes/Requirements:
- Well qualified candidate with 5-8years+ experience supporting senior regional executives with int’l financial institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets
- Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l banking environment
- Efficient and multi-tasked trilingual EA with track record in providing team support
- Excellent time management and organizational skill
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel/Powerpoint and Chinese Word
