Responsibilities

• perform full range of administrative duties including policies and procedures formulation, office and equipment maintenance, office space planning, renovation and relocation, office automation and document storage, office security and safety, etc. 
• supervise messengers, drivers, tea ladies and watchmen to deliver quality office service
• handle company events and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holders with about 8 years relevant experience with 4 years all-round supervisory administration experience in sizable organizations
• strong sense of responsibility, hands-on committed to deliver quality results
• willing to work beyond office hours and on holidays to meet tight deadlines of office renovation and relocation projects
• organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
• excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• good interpersonal skill and supervisory skills, a team player
• high proficiency in written English and Chinese (Cantonese) as well as in Microsoft Excel
