Job Mission: 

Provide full spectrum of personal administrative support to CEO. Duties include general clerical, coordination and project based work.

Responsibilities:

- Provide full range of secretarial support to CEO

- Handle CEO’s family/personal matters

- Manage CEO’s diary and appointments

- Responsible for travel arrangements for CEO and team, including visa applications

- Prepare and maintain CEO’s expenses report

- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes

- Screen phone calls and follow up with business correspondences and emails

- Maintain an efficient and comprehensive filing system

- Provide general office administrative support

- Assist in personnel functions for HK & China team with personal file maintenance, recruitment, leave record keeping, employment related matters and onboarding support etc.

- Coordinate project-based work

- Undertake any other duties as requested by the CEO

Requirements:

- University graduated with formal secretarial training preferred

- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in serving expatriates and senior executive

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Computer literate with good skills in MS office operations

- Prior experience with administration of fiduciary structures such as trusts/holding companies is a plus

- Experience in dealing with HR functions is a plus

- Immediate available is preferred
