Reports To

The CA will report to the Senior Corporate Administrator (SCA) of International Consultancy Group Limited (ICGL).

Job Overview

The CA will assist the SCA with their duties. Primarily, responsibilities will revolve around efficient administration of the company and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The CA will also have a number of ad-hoc administrative tasks related to client and organizational filings as well general administrative tasks related to day-to-day business administration.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Report to the SCA and assist the SCA with their tasks
• Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks related to smooth day-to-day operation
• Act as a secondary point of contact for internal colleagues for the Corporate Administrator function  

Qualifications

• Work experience in a business administration role, 3-5 years
• University Degree or relevant experience
• Must be extremely organized, detail orientated
• English and Cantonese, spoken and written
