Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

 

We are recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the team.

 

Reporting lines:

Company Secretarial Manager

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • general administration work; including filing, scanning, photocopying, sending out reminders etc.;
  • basic company secretarial work; including renewing business registrations and licences;
  • client registrations;
  • opening files;
  • issuing invoices;
  • handling telephone and email enquiries.

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • 1-2 years' experience working in an administrative role (in a Law firm or professional services)
  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills are a must
  • ICSA student member preferred
  • University degree not essential
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Mandarin skill desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
