Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
We are recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the team.
Reporting lines:
Company Secretarial Manager
Responsibilities will include:
-
general administration work; including filing, scanning, photocopying, sending out reminders etc.;

basic company secretarial work; including renewing business registrations and licences;

client registrations;
-
opening files;
-
issuing invoices;
-
handling telephone and email enquiries.
Skills and Experience
-
1-2 years' experience working in an administrative role (in a Law firm or professional services)

Attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills are a must
-
ICSA student member preferred

University degree not essential
-
Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Mandarin skill desirable.

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
