Responsibilities:

• Expatriate management including immigration matters, income tax clearance, work visa application, local identity card and insurance matters, coordination with relocation agent, etc
• Responsible for the recruitment process for all international staff including advertising/sourcing, screening, maintaining personnel requisition form, tracking interview process, extending offers to selected candidates, preparing employment documents and applying work permit (if any), monitoring the performance of recruitment agencies, internship coordination, offer negotiation, references checking and on boarding logistics arrangement
• Maintain an accurate and updated HR database and submit the related report and analysis on request
• Provide administrative support to employees relating to their HR matters including probationary review exercise, performance management and ah hoc employee requests

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With at least 3 - 4 years of HR generalist experience in MNC environment
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Good communications skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Experiences in expatriate management will be highly preferred
• Flexible, multi-tasking and independent
