Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties effectively
  • Assist in handling administrative and HR operations
  • Greet clients and visitors and resolve their inquiries
  • Handle and organize office filing systems effectively
  • Maintain stationery, office equipment and inventories
  • Handle office expenditure within the budgetary limits
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • F.6 or above, 0-3 years working experience of clerical works
  • Proficient in the use of computers, such as Microsoft Office & Chinese Processing
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive, mature, friendly, outgoing and ability to interact productively with colleagues
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and good team player
