We are looking for Senior Administrative Officer to play a key role in a brand new game development project,  PLANET J, which will be a high-technology and EXCLUSIVE one in Macau. (http://www.planetj.com)

Being the pioneer of similar large-scale projects in Macau, lots of research and developments are needed. Interested parties who are creative, energetic and responsible, just do not hesitate to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded support to shop operation & office administration
• Review policies & procedures for the operation processes
• Assist to execute business strategies in retail operations and improve the operational procedures
• Assist Senior Management to develop and implement systems to improve operations efficiency
• Coordinate and arrange staff training
• Handle data analysis, business sales report, documents and minutes taking
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Need to travel to Macau

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail operation / customer service
• Good attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication skills, to work closely with internal and external groups
• Independent, self-motivated, hard working with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word typing
• Hold a Macau ID would be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
