Job Description
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above with minimum 2 years solid working experience in office administration or procurement/sourcing
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Independent, well-organized and proactive, responsible and customer oriented
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Possess a valid HK driving license is a plus
- Short notice or immediate available is preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide procurement and administrative support for Hong Kong office;
- To establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, maintain supplier relationships;
- To correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery;
- To identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item and monitor the ordered item’s delivery schedule;
- To organize and maintain administrative records like stock inventory and vendor list etc.
- To prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
- To handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
