Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years solid working experience in office administration or procurement/sourcing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Independent, well-organized and proactive, responsible and customer oriented
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Possess a valid HK driving license is a plus
  • Short notice or immediate available is preferred

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide procurement and administrative support for Hong Kong office;
  • To establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, maintain supplier relationships;
  • To correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery;
  • To identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item and monitor the ordered item’s delivery schedule;
  • To organize and maintain administrative records like stock inventory and vendor list etc.
  • To prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
  • To handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
