Job Description

Duties:

- Responsible for daily operation and documentation work of all education centres

- Help build center business by providing promotional support

- Handle students’ payment

- Handle customers’ phone enquiries & complaints

- Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk

- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing

- Immediately available preferred
