Responsibilities :

• Assist in Warehouse Operation (Location : Shatin, Siu Lek Yuen)
• Communicate with forwarders or internal departments about delivery arrangement
• Comply data entry in systems
• Perform other duties and any ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor or delegates
• Follow up delivery schedule to make sure on time delivery 
• 5 days work (except required to attend and assist on Saturday during annual stock take)
  
  
• 處理日常倉務工作(工作地點: 沙田小瀝源)
• 與公司各部門及客人保持良好溝通及合作
• 處理日常貨品進出文件記錄及數據輸入
• 協助處理上司或相關部門分配的行政工作
• 確保所有貨物於指定時間內運送到指定地方
• 五天工作 (除需出席及協助每年度的盤點工作 -    星期六)

 Requirements :

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in warehouse is preferable
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office – Word and Excel
• Good Cantonese, English 
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to work overtime occasionally

• 中五或以上程度
  
• 具兩年相關工作經驗者優先
  
• 懂中文輸入法及MS Office – Word and Excel
• 良好粵話、英語溝通能力
• 樂觀、主動及能夠獨立處理工作
• 如有需要可以加班
