Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director of Training & People Development, develop, implement and deliver managerial and soft skill training programs and coaching for all target participants.
• Oversee the whole training cycle including need identification, intervention design, implementation and ROI evaluation. Provide recommendations to users departments and management.
• Lead and coach subordinates, and conduct TTT programs to regional trainers to ensure quality & effectiveness.
• Drive projects related to corporate values & culture, win external competitions and other new initiatives that may be required by the Director.
• Monitor overall service quality at store level, Work closely with operation team to develop and implement quality and people development initiatives.
• Follow through projects and programs independently.

Requirements:

• University graduate with 6 years' relevant work experience in Training & Development of which at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Experience in retail service industry or in a highly customer service oriented industry is preferred.
• Computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to build relationship with stakeholders and internal clients.
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, customer service oriented, willing to learn and a good team player.
• Willing to travel.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
