Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report Work closely with the Group HR team as well as the COO of the financial section in all HR or business-related matters
  • Responsible for all-round HR duties not limited to HR Report, Payroll, Leave Management, Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Staff Record Management, Manpower Planning, Training, Staff Activities etc
  • Responsible for contract preparation and new joiner onboarding arrangement
  • Assist in reviewing HR Policies and Procedures to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with local legislations
  • Provide support to the group-wide project to ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for the license application and renewal for sales team
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 3 years Human Resources experience
  • Experience in Financial Industry (Securities, Brokerage, Insurance) is highly preferred
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office especially word, excel and powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese (spoken & written)
  • Mature, good presentation, excellent interpersonal skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation, good team player and able to work independently under pressure
  • Knowledge in using HR system
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
