Job Responsibilities:

• Able to perform full spectrum HR functions, in particular, Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations, etc.
• Manage visa applications end to end
• Knowledge of Onboarding and Off boarding matters
• Familiar with e-Leave application system
• Maintain and control employee data integrity and accuracy in personal files & other HRIS, in particular HRlink
• Ensure HR policies align with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
• Assist in preparing HR related reports and documents
• Handle ad hoc projects / assignments as required by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in HR
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
• A good team player who is able to work independently and proactively under pressure
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Working proficiency of SAP
• Immediately available preferred
