Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF, insurance, on and off boarding process, compensation & benefits management, performance evaluation etc.;
- Work closely with Head of HR to review and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Assist in HR annual processes such as salary review, bonus schemes, and other reward related activities
- Deliver HR support and advice to all business units on daily HR operations and engage employees
- Comply HR reports and market analysis of compensation and benefits policies
- Manage personnel files and employee record
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
- Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR in well-organized company
- Proven track record and hands-on experience in C&B administration is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Sound knowledge of Labor Ordinance and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office especially excel functions for C&B duties
- Office administration experience is an advantage
- Organized, self-motivated and responsible
