Job Description
The Job:
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks
- Handle office supplies procurement
- Manage all inbound and outbound mailing/courier
- Spearhead office administration policies
- Guide the tea lady
- Assist in ad hoc matters and other clerical support
Job requirements:
- At least 1 years experience in handling office administration matters
- Strong sense of urgency and open-minded
- Willing to sit in reception area
- Proficiency in Excel
- Speak a good level of English and native Cantonese
