The Job:

• Provide on-site installation and maintenance services to corporate customers with focus on Data Networking projects
• Provide technical support and training to front line engineers/contractors
• Provide technical support services to potential customers, such as to setup equipment for demonstration, assist in the evaluation of equipment and systems
• Liaise with internal parties, vendors, and business partners on resolving fault
• Support occasional scheduled / emergency overtime works outside normal office hours
• Working in construction site is required in some occasions

The Person:

• Degree holders of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering with 1 years’ relevant experience, OR  Diploma holders with 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in ANY of the following areas :Relevant certification is highly preferable, such as CCNP/CCNA, ENS/ENA, MCSE or CWNA
• Windows or Linux based Desktop/Server
• IPT systems
• Security firewall
• Network and Wireless
• Relevant certification is highly preferable, such as CCNP/CCNA, ENS/ENA, MCSE or CWNA
• Self-motivated and the able to work under pressure are important
• A flexible attitude towards working outside normal office hours
• Good customer skills to provide excellent service to our clients
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience/fresh graduate will be considered for junior position.
